Partner Richard Hudson Appointed Solicitor Advocate in Hong Kong

We are delighted to announce that our Commercial Litigation Partner Richard Hudson has acquired Higher Rights of Audience in respect of civil proceedings in Hong Kong.  Richard is now a Solicitor Advocate qualified to appear for clients, without a barrister, before the Court of First Instance, Court of Appeal and Court of Final Appeal in civil proceedings in Hong Kong.

Richard has over 25 years of experience advising on contentious insolvency, regulatory and investigatory matters, contentious probate, employment litigation, litigation relating to professional indemnity and disciplinary matters, email fraud and cybercrime, and litigation with a cross border element.
