Clarification Notice – Fake Emails

It has been brought to our attention that individuals have been impersonating our firm and sent fraudulent emails to persons or organisations. We hereby clarify that our firm did not send the forementioned emails, and has no relationship with the sender and the content of such emails.

Please note the following:

  • If you receive a suspicious email, or an email that does not come from our official email address, please do not reply or provide any information
  • Please confirm the authenticity of the email directly through our official contact details

Deacons is very concerned about the issue and has reported the incident to the Hong Kong Police. Our firm reserves all legal rights against all parties involved in the incident.

We would also like to remind the public that anyone who has provided his or her personal information and/or other confidential credentials, or who has conducted any financial transactions, through or in response to fake website(s) or fake email(s) should report to the Police and notify our firm at +852 2825 9589 (Ms. Chan) or via email at [email protected].
