Grab n Go: Elsie Chan discusses the PDPC’s new guidance on cross-border data transfer

Hear from our Employment Partner Elsie Chan as she gives you a quick update on new guidance notes issued by the Office of Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data. The new guidance notes introduce two sets of Recommended Model Contractual Clauses which data users can use for cross-border data transfers. One set of these clauses is for data transfers between data users, and the other set is for data transfers between a data user and a data processor.
