Deacons Employment and Pensions team, together with the Asia-Pacific members of the Employment Law Alliance (ELA), have published this white paper, titled “Remote Workers: Asia Pacific Guide for Employers”.  The paper provides insights into hiring remote workers in fourteen Asia-Pacific jurisdictions.
