Our Corporate Commercial Partner Helen Liao recently contributed to the “Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan” chapter of China Law magazine(《中國法律》), titled “The Past and Future of Deacons: a History of Resilience and Growth”.

The article sets out Deacons’ growth and development alongside the history of Hong Kong over the past 17 decades, how we have established as an internationally-recognised firm with deep roots in the community, delivering high quality legal services by our legal professionals, and shaping our forward-looking vision to benefit Mainland China and Hong Kong.

Founded in Hong Kong in 1994, China Law is a bi-monthly bilingual magazine focusing on major topics in the development of Chinese law on both macro and micro aspects. It is the only magazine designated by the Ministry of Justice of the People’s Republic of China to the departments of justice of all countries, international organizations and foreign diplomatic missions in China.
