Deacons advises on the Main Board IPO of Mediwelcome Healthcare Management & Technology Inc.

Deacons advises the sole sponsor CEB International Capital Corporation Limited and underwriters in relation to the Main Board IPO of Mediwelcome Healthcare Management & Technology Inc., seeking to raise up to HK$200 million (subject to the exercise of over-allotment option).

Mediwelcome Healthcare Management & Technology is the largest service provider in the integrated healthcare marketing solutions market, which primarily include medical conference services, patient education and screening services and marketing strategy and consulting services, for cardio-cerebral-vascular diseases (or CCVDs), in China in terms of revenue in 2019, according to a market research report commissioned by the company.

The company published its IPO prospectus on 31 December 2020. Dealings in its shares on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange are expected to commence on 19 January 2021.
