Deacons advises on the Main Board IPO of Channel Micron Holdings Company Limited

Deacons advises Channel Micron Holdings Company Limited on its Main Board IPO, seeking to raise up to HK$140 million.

Channel Micron Holdings is a cleanroom wall and ceiling systems and cleanroom equipment provider based in the PRC and Malaysia, with a proven track record of engaging in cleanroom projects in the PRC and Southeast Asia.

The company published its IPO prospectus on 22 September 2020. Dealings in its shares on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange are expected to commence on 8 October 2020.
