Deacons advises the sole sponsor WAC Worldsec Corporate Finance Limited and underwriters in relation to the Main Board IPO of Wise Ally International Holdings Limited.
The company is an electronics manufacturing service (EMS) provider offering full turnkey solutions with particular focus in consumer electronic products. It provides range of services including design development and enhancement, provision of technical advice and engineering solution, selection and procurement of materials, production, quality control and logistics management.
The company published its IPO prospectus on 27 December 2019, seeking to raise up to HK$155 million (subject to the exercise of over-allotment option). Dealings in its shares on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange are expected to commence on 10 January 2020
