Deacons advises on GEM IPO of IWS Group Holdings Limited

Deacons advises the sole sponsor South China Capital Limited and underwriters in relation to the GEM IPO of IWS Group Holdings Limited.

The company is an established facility services provider specialised in providing security services and with a growing focus on facility management services across public and private sectors in Hong Kong.

The company published its IPO prospectus on 30 September 2019, seeking to raise up to HK$78 million (subject to the exercise of offer size adjustment option). Dealings in its shares on GEM of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange are expected to commence on 22 October 2019.
