Deacons advises the sole sponsor Dongxing Securities (Hong Kong) Company Limited and underwriters in relation to the GEM IPO of Novacon Technology Group Limited.
The company is a Hong Kong-based financial trading solution provider, primarily focused on financial trading solutions targeting the trading of OTC-traded financial instruments, stock exchange-traded financial instruments and fund management for wealth management companies.
The company published its IPO prospectus on 15 April 2019, seeking to raise up to HK$67 million (subject to the exercise of offer size adjustment option). Dealings in its shares on GEM of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange are expected to commence on 2 May 2019.
