Deacons advises the sole sponsor Innovax Capital Limited and underwriters in relation to the Main Board IPO of China Tianrui Automotive Interiors Co., LTD.
The company is one of the leading manufacturers of heavy truck interior decorative products in mainland China. It was the largest manufacturer of heavy truck interior decorative products in North West China and the third largest manufacturer in mainland China in 2017 in terms of sales value of heavy truck interior decorative products, according to a market research report commissioned by the company.
The company published its IPO prospectus on 31 December 2018, seeking to raise up to HK$155 million. Dealings in its shares on Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange are expected to commence on 15 January 2019.
