Deacons advises on Main Board IPO of Prosperous Industrial (Holdings) Limited

We advise the sole sponsor WAG Worldsec Corporate Finance Limited and underwriters in relation to the Main Board IPO of Prosperous Industrial (Holdings) Limited. 

Prosperous Industrial is a leading manufacturer that designs, develops and manufactures recreational bags and packs, which are mainly backpacks, and provides quality supply chain management services for renowned global brands.  It was the third largest player in the global bags and packs manufacturing industry and the largest player in the global recreational bags and packs manufacturing and supply chain management market in terms of sales revenue in 2017, according to a market research report commissioned by the company.

Prosperous Industrial is published its IPO prospectus on 29 June 2018, seeking to raise up to HK$350 million (subject to the exercise of over-allotment option).  Dealings in its shares on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange are expected to commence on 13 July 2018.
