Deacons advises on Main Board H-Share IPO of Zhejiang Cangnan Instrument Group Company Limited

We advise the sole sponsor ABCI Capital Limited and underwriters in relation to the Main Board H-Share IPO of Zhejiang Cangnan Instrument Group Company Limited. 

The company is a leading industrial and commercial gas flowmeter manufacturer in mainland China.  It ranked second in the industrial and commercial gas flowmeter industry in mainland China in terms of revenue in 2017, according to a market research report commissioned by the company.

The company published its IPO prospectus on 28 June 2018, seeking to raise up to approximately HK$898 million (subject to the exercise of over-allotment option).  Dealings in its shares on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange are expected to commence on 13 July 2018.
