Deacons advises on Main Board IPO of Most Kwai Chung Limited

Deacons advises the sole sponsor Ever-Long Securities Company Limited in relation to the listing of Most Kwai Chung Limited on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange by way of share offer.

The company provides integrated advertising and media services in Hong Kong, which can be categorised into digital media services (including operation of fan pages of “100 Most”(100毛) and “TV Most” (毛記電視)), print media services (including sales of 100 Most Magazine (100毛)) and other media services including events organisation and artistes management.

The company published its IPO prospectus on 16 March 2018, seeking to raise up to HK$81 million. Dealings in its shares on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange are expected to commence on 28 March 2018.
