Deacons advises BNP Paribas Securities on Xin Point Holdings IPO

Deacons has advised the sole sponsor BNP Paribas Securities (Asia) Limited and the underwriters in relation to the Main Board IPO of Xin Point Holdings Limited in Hong Kong.

Xin Point is a leading automotive plastic electroplated components supplier in China.  According to a market research report, it was the second largest supplier and the largest exporter of automotive plastic electroplated components in China, in terms of revenue in 2016.

Xin Point published its IPO prospectus on 16 June 2017, seeking to raise up to HK$855 million (subject to exercise of the over-allotment option).  BNP Paribas Securities (Asia) Limited is one of the joint bookrunners and joint lead managers along with ABCI Capital Limited and ABCI Securities Company Limited.

Dealings in its shares on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange are expected to commence on 28 June 2017.
