Deacons advises on GEM IPO for FY Financial

Deacons has advised the sole sponsor Dongxing Securities (Hong Kong) Company Limited and the underwriters on the H-share listing of FY Financial (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. The listing is on the Growth Enterprise Market (GEM) of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange by way of share offer and seeks to raise up to approximately HK$168 million, subject to offer size adjustment option. 

FY Financial is a financial services company focused on providing equipment-based finance leasing, commercial factoring and advisory services in the PRC.

FY Financial published its prospectus on 10 May 2017. Dealings in its H shares are expected to commence on 23 May 2017.
