Deacons elects two new partners

Deacons has promoted two Senior Associates to the Partnership. Peter So and Dora Si joined the Partnership as of 1 January 2017.

The above appointments bring the total number of partners to 49 as of 1 January 2017.

Peter So, Litigation & Dispute Resolution, focuses on regulatory investigations by the SFC, HKMA and HKEX as well as FCPA investigations. He also advises on financial services litigation, including mis-selling, injunction proceedings, arbitration, contractual disputes and employment disputes.

Dora Si, Intellectual Property, has broad experience in all aspects of IP protection and enforcement. She manages trade marks for clients in a variety of industries and advises on brand protection and anti-counterfeiting strategies, domain name disputes and copyright protection in the PRC.
