Deacons recognised as a family-friendly employer

We are delighted to announce that we have been recognised as a Family-Friendly Employer by the Family Council, an advisory body to the HKSAR Government.

Launched in 2011, the Family-Friendly Employers Award recognises employers for promoting a family-friendly spirit and for establishing measures to raise awareness of the importance of family core values, and for fostering a pro-family culture and environment. 

This award builds on our success as earlier this year Deacons was awarded an “Employer of Choice” award by Asian Legal Business. Lawyers surveyed for the award highlighted the firm’s emphasis on a work life balance, as well as career development paths and an international client base as reasons why Deacons is an employer of choice.
