Deacons advises on HK$101 million IPO of Star Properties Group

Deacons recently advised Star Properties Group (Cayman Islands) Limited in relation to its global offering and Main Board listing in Hong Kong.

Star Properties Group is primarily engaged in the property development of industrial buildings for sale or rental in Hong Kong.

Star Properties Group published its prospectus on 30 June 2016 seeking to raise up to approximately HK$101 million from the offering, subject to exercise of the over-allotment option. The company listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 13 July 2016.

The sole sponsor is Guotai Junan Capital Limited, advised by Mayer Brown JSM.
