Deacons advises BOCOM International on Human Health Holdings IPO

Deacons has advised the sole sponsor BOCOM International (Asia) Limited and the underwriters in relation to the global offering and Main Board listing of Human Health Holdings Limited in Hong Kong. 

Human Health is a leading private integrated healthcare service provider in Hong Kong with comprehensive outpatient capabilities covering general practice services, specialties services and dental services.  According to market research conducted in 2015, Human Health ranked first as measured by the number of medical centres, as compared to other private healthcare service providers in Hong Kong.

Human Health published its IPO prospectus on 17 March 2016 seeking to raise up to approximately HK$116 million from the offering. It expects to list on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 1 April 2016.
