Deacons recognised as a Good MPF Employer

We are delighted to announce that Deacons has been awarded the Good MPF Employer award by the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority.

The newly created award recognises employers who are exemplary in enhancing the retirement benefits of their employees and place a high value on their employees’ retirement needs.

As one of the major pillars for retirement protection in Hong Kong, the Mandatory Provident Fund (“MPF”) System helps the working population save for their retirement through regular contributions made by both employers and employees. Employers, in particular, play an important role. Some 270,000 employers arrange MPF for their employees on a regular basis. Their compliance with MPF legislation is crucial to the integrity of the system, and to ensuring that the interests of their employees are protected.
