Deacons appoints two new partners

Deacons has promoted two Senior Associates to the Partnership. Gere Sit and Kelvan Cheung joined the Partnership as of 1 January 2015.

The above appointments bring the total number of partners to 53 as of 1 January 2015.

Gere Sit, Insurance Litigation, has broad experience in insurance matters including professional indemnity, personal injury and third party liability. Gere provides advice on policy and coverage issues.

Kelvan Cheung, Corporate Finance, focuses on advising clients in relation to compliance with Hong Kong securities law and listing rules, acquisitions and disposals of public and private companies, initial public offerings and general corporate and commercial matters.
