Case Study: Hong Kong’s Court of Appeals decides that activities in the pre-bankruptcy period can be grounds for suspension

Richard Hudson and Cathy Wu recently co-authored an article that featured in Hong Kong Lawyer’s December issue.

Hong Kong Lawyer is a Thomson Reuters publication and official journal of the Hong Kong Law Society.

The article discussed a case decision and was titled, “Court of Appeal upholds suspension of bankruptcy periods on basis of unsatisfactory conduct of bankrupts.”
