Legal Week interviews Keith Cole

Keith Cole was recently quoted in Legal Week’s feature on global independent law firms. The article discussed how independent firms pick up business in an increasingly busy deal market, win roles on large mandates and also examined how to go about selecting referral firms to work with internationally and related challenges.

Keith commented, “In Hong Kong we are entrenched market leaders in several areas in which it would be difficult for new entrants to get critical mass. For work within the jurisdiction, for example in takeovers, initial public offerings and funds advice, we compete well against the international firms; in fact our market share is greater than it was 20 years ago.”
