Travis Benjamin contributes to “Getting the Deal Through”

Head of tax Travis Benjamin and Stefano Mariani recently wrote the Hong Kong chapter for the 2015 edition of “Tax on Inbound Investment”, part of the reputed Getting the Deal Through series.

The chapter covers the tax treatment of different acquisitions, domicile of acquisition company, company mergers and share exchanges and transaction taxes.

Getting the Deal Through is a series of guides published by Law Business Research who also produce Who’s Who Legal and the Global Arbitration Review.
