Joseph Chung holds construction seminar for valued clients

Joseph Chung recently held a client seminar on “Payment under NEC Contracts.” The seminar featured guest speaker, David Thomas QC, a barrister of Keating Chambers.

In the presentation, they updated the audience on the topic given recent market developments, provided an overview of payment mechanisms in NEC and discussed disallowed cost.

The seminar attracted over 50 attendees including senior representatives from Charlton Martin Consultants, Chevalier (Construction), China State Mechanical & Electrical, Chun Wo Construction & Engineering, EC Harris, Hang Lung Properties, Jardine Engineering, Samsung and Urban Renewal Authority.
