Deacons advises Haitong International Capital in relation to the global offering and Main Board listing of Austar Lifesciences Limited

Deacons has advised the sole sponsor Haitong International Capital Limited and the underwriters in relation to the global offering and Main Board listing of Austar Lifesciences Limited in Hong Kong.  Austar Lifesciences issued its prospectus on 28 October 2014. It is seeking to raise up to HK$390 million (subject to the exercise of over-allotment option) from the offering. 

Austar Lifesciences is a leading provider of integrated engineering solutions to reputable pharmaceutical manufacturers and research institutes in the PRC. It is also a provider of those services and products to customers in emerging countries. Austar Lifesciences provides value-added integrated solutions that assist customers through the key phases of a pharmaceutical product lifecycle, covering six business segments including provision of integrated engineering solutions, consulting service and distribution, agency services of consumables and pharmaceutical equipment. 

Austar Lifesciences Limited is expected to be listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 7 November 2014.
